1. Agreement
By accessing or using Prodroomy (including any booking request or payment flow), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users, including guests, account holders, and anyone acting on behalf of a business or production.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorized to enter binding agreements. If you are using Prodroomy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- You must provide accurate contact information for booking communication.
- You must keep your devices and account credentials secure.
- You must comply with studio location policies and local regulations (permits, noise, parking, insurance requirements, etc.).
3. Bookings & Studio Rules
All bookings are subject to studio approval, availability, and compliance with house rules. The studio’s listing details and house rules form part of the booking conditions.
- Requests & confirmation: A booking is not final until the studio confirms and any required payment or deposit is successfully processed.
- Arrival and wrap time: Your booked time typically includes setup and teardown. Overtime may be billed at the studio’s stated rate.
- Capacity and access: Do not exceed maximum occupancy and comply with access instructions (codes, keys, security check-in).
- Minors: If minors are present, you must provide appropriate supervision and comply with local labor and consent requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Prodroomy or any booked studio for unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited activities. This includes (without limitation):
- Illegal content or activities, harassment, hate speech, or exploitation.
- Hazardous stunts, open flames, pyrotechnics, weapon handling, or smoke effects without prior studio approval and required permits.
- Actions that violate safety protocols, building rules, or local laws (including noise ordinances).
- Attempts to bypass booking fees, platform security, or studio policies.
- Damage, theft, tampering, or unauthorized modifications to equipment or property.
Studios may deny entry or terminate a session if safety or compliance concerns arise. Charges may still apply as described in cancellation/no-show and damage sections.
5. Fees, Deposits & Taxes
Displayed rates exclude taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Final quotes or invoices will outline all cost components, including (where applicable) platform fees, cleaning fees, deposits, overtime rates, and taxes.
- Deposits/holds: Some studios require deposits or payment holds. Refund timing depends on studio policy and payment method processing.
- Currency: Prices may be shown in local currency; conversion rates may vary by provider.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, we may pause account privileges while we investigate.
6. Cancellations & No-shows
Cancellation terms vary by studio and will be communicated before confirmation. By confirming a booking, you agree to the studio’s cancellation policy.
- Late cancellations: May incur partial or full charges depending on the policy and how close to the start time the cancellation occurs.
- No-shows: Typically treated as a late cancellation and may be non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be treated as cancellation + new booking depending on studio rules.
7. Safety, Damage & Liability
You are responsible for your crew, guests, contractors, equipment, and conduct during the session. You agree to leave the studio in a reasonably clean and orderly condition and follow all safety instructions.
- Damage & replacement: You may be charged for repairs, replacement, cleaning, lost keys/access devices, or downtime caused by damage.
- Insurance: Some studios may require proof of insurance. If requested, you must provide it prior to entry.
- Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Prodroomy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
